Refraining the waterfall.

The process of losing.

Slight stirring air around those walls
Flutters all the curtains of the halls
Water down from the hose
creates a waterfall.

When the weight
of the world seems like fate.
Those waters out of hose
seem to let it go.

Did my hope drain
down with the waterfall?
Or is it still hanging out
of those curtain walls?

Fluttering like curtains
Hope just faints.
Still it's hanging down
Am I just left to frown?

I am scared.
What if I lose it all?
Like the hose leaving
the water in a waterfall.

Can I just not be that concrete wall?
And not be like those curtain
hanging in those empty halls?
If I can just refrain from losing it all.
